How to overcome or cope up with loss of a loved one

When coping with a death, you may go through all different kinds of feelings and emotions. You may be worried, sad or scared. You might be unprepared, confused or just shocked. Your emotions might be stronger or deeper than usual or in ways you've never experienced before. It is a part of life which none of us can ignore. We've all experienced at one point or another.

Whether it's the loss of a family member, a friend, a co worker, or a pet, all deserve their share of grief - and the majority of us are willing to give it. It's never good to lose a loved one.
When we have physical, emotional and spiritual reactions in response to a death or loss, it's known as grief or grieving. People who are grieving might:Have strong emotions, such as anger and sadness

Have physical reactions, such as lack of sleep or even waves of nausea
Have spiritual reactions - for example, some people feel disappointed in their religion while others find that they feel more strongly than ever about their faith and find themselves questioning their beliefs.

But grief is not all about the life. You can not stop living because of it. You have to move on in your life. You just can't be sad the whole life remembering what you have lost. Even your loved one will never want you to stop enjoying. It's hard to let your loved one go out of your memory but it's never impossible. You have to learn living accepting this fact. Once you mentally accept the fact, your mind and body will automatically try itself coming out of the pain.

Here are the activities that you can do to come out of:

§ Get back to your normal life as early as possible. As this will not only help in getting over the painful memories but will also let you come back to your normal household and office work. Though there is a loss of a loved one, we should never ignore our daily responsibilities.
§ Spending time with friends, talking about the wonderful time spent with them, even going out on a small picnic or just hanging out with old friends will be of great help to overcome with the sorrow.
§ Counseling will also be good option for those who actually need expert’s advice and can not get over with it by themselves.
§ Travelling to places you have always dream of is also a nice strategy to come out the feeling of having lost a loved one. You can go to new destinations, some tracking camps or a river side.
§ Learning new things like painting, crafting or any other knowledgeable activity will not only involve you with it but will also provide you new information and knowledge.
§ Physical activity like walking, jogging, swimming or any other games that can keep you release your tension physically and mentally. Even meditation is of great help.

It is in our hand to come out of this grief. We all have the strength to overcome with the grief. It is just that we have to find out our strength. Whatever happens happens for the good and it is already decided by almighty. So we just have to accept the fact and live with it wholeheartedly.
